Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Extra Caesar dressing for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
