Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Extra Caesar dressing for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Cook the chicken patties on the grill for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- While the patties are cooking, toast the whole wheat buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a chicken patty on each bun, topping with chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of extra Caesar dressing.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy chicken burgers!
