Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Meat Mixture:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until fully browned.
