Ingredients
- 1 cup egg whites (about 8 large egg whites)

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or muffin liners
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or use liners.
- Whisk the Egg Whites: In a bowl, whisk the egg whites until slightly frothy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add Ingredients: Gently mix in diced vegetables, shredded cheese, and cooked meat (if using).
- Fill the Muffin Cups: Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bites are set and slightly golden on top.
