Description
A delicious and easy-to-make recipe for homemade crunch wraps filled with ground beef, refried beans, cheese, and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
 - 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
 - 1 cup refried beans
 - 4 large flour tortillas
 - 1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1 cup shredded lettuce
 - 1 medium tomato, diced
 - 1/2 cup sour cream
 - 1/4 cup salsa
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
 - Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 1/4 cup refried beans in the center of the tortilla.
 - Add a layer of the cooked ground beef (about 1/4 cup), followed by a handful of crushed tortilla chips, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, a few pieces of shredded lettuce, and some diced tomato.
 - Drizzle 1 tablespoon of sour cream and a spoonful of salsa on top of the filling.
 - Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, creating pleats to seal the filling inside. Make sure to pinch the folds together to secure the wrap.
 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the crunch wrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side.
 - Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing in half. Serve with extra salsa and sour cream on the side.

Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute the ground beef with sautéed mushrooms or black beans.
 - Add sliced jalapeños or diced avocado for an extra kick and flavor.
