Ingredients
- 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 4–5 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ lemon (zested and juiced)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Sauce: Whisk garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, thyme, lemon zest, and juice in a bowl.
- Prep Chicken: Arrange chicken thighs, skin side up, in a baking dish. Pat dry.
- Coat with Sauce: Pour the sauce over chicken, spreading evenly.
- Bake: Bake for 40–45 minutes. Broil for 2–3 minutes for crispy skin.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with thyme sprigs. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
