Description
A refreshing fruit salad featuring ripe peaches, strawberries, blueberries, and cantaloupe, dressed with a honey-lime basil dressing.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe peaches, pitted and diced
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup cantaloupe, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced peaches, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and diced cantaloupe.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
- Pour the honey-lime mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat all the pieces evenly.
- Add the chopped basil to the fruit salad and toss lightly to incorporate.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

- For added crunch, consider mixing in 1/4 cup of chopped nuts, such as almonds or walnuts.
