Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
1 cup cooked white rice
1 cup steamed broccoli florets
2 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook the Ground Beef:
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.Add Aromatics and Sauce:
