Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
- Add the minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Whisk again until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. For a fresh touch, stir in the chopped parsley.
- Transfer the dressing to a jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, shake the jar well to recombine the ingredients.
