  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
  2. Add the minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Whisk again until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
