  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
