Ingredients
8 ounces fettuccine pasta
4 slices bacon, chopped
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
Cook Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.Cook Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy, about 5–7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Leave the bacon grease in the skillet.Brown Ground Beef
Add ground beef to the same skillet. Cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease if needed.Make Alfredo Sauce
Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream. Gradually add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.Combine
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Stir in cooked bacon, green onions, and diced tomatoes. Mix well to combine.
Serve
Spoon into bowls and garnish with extra cheese or herbs if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Save some pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency if needed.
Add red pepper flakes or hot sauce for a spicy twist.
For a vegetarian version, omit meat and use mushrooms or lentils.
