- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
For Rolling:

Instructions
Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
Add the Dry Ingredients: Mix in the graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips. Stir until fully incorporated.
Chill the Dough: Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm enough to handle.
Form the Balls: Once chilled, roll the mixture into 1 ¼-inch balls using your hands.
Coat with Graham Cracker Crumbs: Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs for a light coating.
Final Chill: Place the balls back in the refrigerator until firm, then store in a sealed container.
Serve & Enjoy: Enjoy them straight from the fridge or at room temperature for a softer texture.
Notes
- Chill Before Rolling: The mixture will be sticky when first mixed—chilling makes it easier to roll into balls.
