Description

A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake dessert featuring a combination of graham crackers, coconut, marshmallows, and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and shredded coconut. Mix well until evenly combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate mixture, stirring until fully combined.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the graham cracker and coconut mixture. Add the mini marshmallows and gently fold everything together until well mixed.
  5. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Once set, lift the slice out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

  • For a chocolatey twist, try adding 1/2 cup of chopped nuts or dried fruit to the mixture.
  • You can also substitute the mini marshmallows with chocolate-covered marshmallows for an extra indulgent treat.
