A delicious and refreshing Pasta Caesar Salad perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces rotini or fusilli pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup croutons
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Sprinkle the croutons, black pepper, and garlic powder on top. If desired, drizzle with olive oil for extra flavor.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
