Ingredients

  • 2 slices of crusty artisan bread
  • 2 tablespoons homemade basil pesto
  • 4 ounces creamy burrata cheese, torn into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Freshly cracked black pepper and sea salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat.
  2. Drizzle olive oil on one side of each slice of artisan bread.
  3. Lay one slice of bread, oiled side down, in the pan.
