Description

A delightful and indulgent dessert that combines layers of graham cracker crust, cream cheese, fresh raspberries, and chocolate pudding, topped with whipped cream and chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping, divided
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 ¾ cups milk
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping until well combined. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  3. Layer the fresh raspberries evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Pour the chocolate pudding over the raspberries, spreading it evenly.
  5. Top the chocolate pudding layer with the remaining 1 cup of whipped topping. Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips on top for garnish.
  6. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  7. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a twist, try using strawberries or blueberries instead of raspberries.
  • You can also add a layer of crushed nuts for extra crunch.
