Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and honey (if using). Stir gently and set aside to let the flavors meld for about 10 minutes.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the parfaits starting with a layer of vanilla yogurt at the bottom.
- Add a layer of the honeyed strawberries on top of the yogurt.
- Next, add a layer of blueberries over the strawberries.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the blueberries.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of yogurt and a sprinkle of granola on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, use Greek yogurt instead of regular vanilla yogurt.
