  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Cooked white rice or steamed vegetables (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
