Ingredients
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles:
- Boil egg noodles until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Brown the Beef:
- In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Create the Creamy Sauce:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the beef mixture with sour cream, mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the Casserole:
- Mix the beef sauce with the cooked noodles and transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
