Ingredients

  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles:
    • Boil egg noodles until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the Beef:
    • In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
