Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well combined.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each scoop slightly with the back of the spoon.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a serving platter.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
