Ingredients

- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract

For the Sugar Cookie Cold Foam:
- Splash of sugar cookie syrup
- ¼ cup heavy cream
For the Latte:
- 2 tablespoons sugar cookie syrup
- 7 ounces milk of choice (oat, almond, or regular)
- 2 espresso shots
- Ice (optional, for iced latte)
- Cold foam (to top)

Instructions
- Prepare the Sugar Cookie Syrup:
- Combine water and dark brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in vanilla, butter, and almond extracts.
- Let cool before use.
- Make the Sugar Cookie Cold Foam:
- Mix a splash of sugar cookie syrup with heavy cream.
- Froth with a handheld milk frother for 15–20 seconds until foamy.
- Assemble the Latte:
- Add sugar cookie syrup to a glass.
- Pour in milk and add ice for an iced latte.
- Brew and add espresso shots.
