Description

A refreshing dessert delight featuring layers of graham cracker crust, cream cheese, mixed berries, and Jell-O.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (12-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 (3-ounce) packages strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in half of the whipped topping until well combined.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  6. In another bowl, dissolve the Jell-O in the boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  7. Stir in the cold water and allow the mixture to cool for about 10 minutes.
  8. Gently fold in the mixed berries.
  9. Pour the Jell-O and berry mixture over the cream cheese layer in the baking dish.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the Jell-O is fully set.
  11. Once set, spread the remaining whipped topping over the Jell-O layer.
  12. Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, try adding a tablespoon of lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture.
  • You can substitute the mixed berries with other fruits like peaches or cherries for a different twist.
