Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 4 large flour tortillas (plain, whole wheat, or spinach)
- 8 ounces sliced turkey breast (deli or cooked)
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)
Instructions
Mix the Cream Cheese
In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese with ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth and creamy.Spread and Layer
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Evenly spread ¼ of the cream cheese mixture over the surface.Add Fillings
Layer with 2 ounces of turkey, a handful of spinach, ¼ cup shredded carrots, and ¼ cup bell peppers.Roll It Up
Starting from one end, roll the tortilla tightly to form a log. Repeat with remaining tortillas.Chill (Optional)
For easier slicing and firmer pinwheels, chill the rolled tortillas in the fridge for 30 minutes.
