Description
A delicious and easy-to-make Tzatziki Chicken & Veggie Naan Pizza that combines the flavors of tzatziki sauce with fresh vegetables and shredded chicken on a crispy naan base.
Ingredients
- 2 large naan breads
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cucumber, finely diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the naan breads on a baking sheet and brush each with olive oil.
- Spread 1/4 cup of tzatziki sauce on each naan, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Evenly distribute the shredded chicken over the tzatziki sauce on each naan.
- Top with diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of each naan.
- Season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh dill if desired.
- Slice into wedges and serve warm.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute the chicken with grilled zucchini or bell peppers.
- Add a sprinkle of feta cheese on top before baking for an extra burst of flavor.
