Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, diced chicken, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
