  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup plain flour

  • Make the Brownie Batter:

    • Add milk and vanilla; mix until smooth.

    • Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Add the Chocolate Topping:
    • Melt chocolate chips in the microwave (30-second intervals, stirring each time).
    • Spread melted chocolate over the cookie dough layer.
    • Garnish with extra chocolate chips.
  • Chill and Cut:
    • Chill in the refrigerator until the topping sets (about 30 minutes).
    • Lift the dessert out using the parchment paper. Cut into bite-sized squares or rectangles.
