Ingredients

Instructions
Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente.
- Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
Prepare the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, pickle juice, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, and cayenne.
