Celebrate the season with a vibrant Easter Snack Board! This colorful and festive platter features a delicious mix of fresh veggies, creamy dips, savory cheese, crunchy crackers, and sweet treats—perfect for sharing with family and friends at any springtime gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup celery sticks
  • 1 cup radishes, halved
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup assorted cheese cubes (cheddar, mozzarella, pepper jack)
  • 1 cup assorted crackers
  • 1 cup mixed nuts

  • 1 cup chocolate eggs or jelly beans

Instructions

  • Prep Ingredients
Wash and dry all vegetables. Slice cucumbers, halve radishes, and cut celery into sticks. Prepare dips and cheese cubes if needed.

  • Choose Your Board
Use a large wooden board or serving platter. Make sure it’s clean and large enough to fit all ingredients without crowding.

  • Place Dips First
Set small bowls of hummus and ranch dressing in different areas of the board as anchor points.

  • Arrange Snacks
Add vegetables around the dips, followed by cheese cubes and crackers. Group similar colors together for visual appeal.

  • Add Sweet Treats & Nuts
Sprinkle chocolate eggs, jelly beans, and mixed nuts throughout the board for fun pops of color and flavor.

  • Decorate (Optional)
Add festive touches like fresh herbs, edible flowers, or Easter-themed decorations for extra flair.

Notes

  • To make it nut-free, substitute nuts with popcorn or dried fruit.
  • For a vegetarian board, use plant-based dips and cheese alternatives.

  • Keep perishable items refrigerated until just before serving.
