- ½ medium onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Cream Cheese
- Microwave the cream cheese until soft and easy to mix.
- Cut it into small pieces and set aside.
- Season and Sear the Chicken
- Slice chicken breasts in half to create four thinner pieces.
- Season both sides with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
