Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Fresh strawberries and pineapple wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, coconut milk, pineapple juice, and ice cubes. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add the honey or agave syrup.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or agave syrup. Blend again if needed.
  4. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses.
