Description
A delicious recipe for Sweet and Spicy Grilled Chicken Thighs that combines honey and spices for a flavorful dish.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
 - 1/4 cup honey
 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
 - Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until well combined.
 - Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for more flavor.
 - Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
 - Remove the chicken from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
 - Place the chicken thighs skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 6-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
 - Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
- For a smoky flavor, add a few wood chips to the grill while cooking.
 - For a sweeter glaze, brush additional honey on the chicken during the last few minutes of grilling.
